Inviting applications for the role of Management trainee, Contract Admin
In this role, you will be responsible for demonstrating innovation and intuition in identifying areas requiring operational adaptation and/or improvement Active user of Internet and online applications. We are looking for someone with a deep understanding and ability to perform day-to-day operations while maintaining SLA.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage the entire contract lifecycle, from contract creation to termination.
Upload new contracts into the system and ensure accurate and complete information is provided.
Update existing contracts as required, including changes in terms, conditions, or pricing.
Administer contracts by reviewing contract terms, conditions, and obligations to ensure compliance.
Maintain and update the contracts database, ensuring all contract-related information is accurate and up to date.
Monitor contract controls and approvals, ensuring that all necessary approvals are obtained.
Establish and implement contract management policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless contract execution.
Execute supplier contracts, including negotiating terms and conditions and ensuring timely execution.
Monitor contract performance, including deliverables, milestones, and obligations.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Significant experience in Contract Admin
BCom
SAP knowledge (Added advantage)
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Knowledge of Master Data management
Basic knowledge of MS office
Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills
Problem solving skills with customer centric approach
Strong English language skills (verbal and written)
Attention to detail.
