• Global Logic is an American digital services company providing software product design and development services. It is an independent subsidiary of Hitachi Ltd. Global Logic has corporate headquarters in San Jose, California. 

• Global Logic got its start in 2000 as Induslogic, a provider of outsourced software and product development services. Induslogic maintained a service delivery center in Noida, India. Rajul Garg and Tarun Upadhyay had worked together to start Pine Labs in 1998. Peter Harrison was appointed CEO in 2001 and Vasudev Bhandarkar joined the board in 2004.

• Under the direction of its CEO Peter Harrison, the company incubated Pine Labs in 2001 and then divided this subsidiary in 2006 before selling it to Sequoia Capital. In 2006, Induslogic merged with Bonus Technology to form GlobalLogic, a new global product development services company.

• The same year, the company received Series B venture round funding of $12.5M from Sequoia Capital and New Enterprise Associates in 2006and acquired Lambent Technologies, an offshore software R&D services firm based in Nagpur, India.

Qualifications:

• B.Tech/BCA/MCA/B.Sc (CSE/IT) graduates (Graduation is a Mandate)

• Must have a good working knowledge of Windows/Mac OS and its components
• Strong customer relations skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Capacity to control interaction in a consultative way
• Capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced work environment
• Strong knowledge of web-browser-based technologies
• Experience with HRIS, CRM, and/or ATS is a plus
• Good knowledge in HTML & CSS.

• Independently collects and tracks information and details of the problem
• Troubleshoot customer issues using remote desktop software
• Interact with customers through various channels including phone, chat, and email to address and resolve concerns and issues
• Dedicate yourself to the success and satisfaction of our customers and our business
• Attempt to resolve customer issues or escalate to advanced personnel if necessary
• Consistently ensures that business is conducted with empathy and integrity at all times and that behavior aligns with product policies, procedures, and core competencies
