ABOUT COMPANY :

• The Enfield Cycle Company made motorcycles, bicycles, lawnmowers and stationary engines under the name Royal  Enfield out of its works based at Redditch, Worcestershire. The legacy of weapons manufacture is reflected in the logo comprising the cannon, and the motto “Made like a gun”. Use of the brand name Royal Enfield was licensed by the Crown in 1890.
• In 1909 Royal Enfield surprised the motorcycling world by introducing a small Motorcycle with a 2 ¼ HP V twin Motosacoche engine of Swiss origin. In 1911 the next model was powered by a 2 ¾ HP engine and boasted of the well known Enfield 2-speed gear. In 1912 came the JAP 6 HP 770 CC V twin with a sidecar combination. It was this motorcycle which made Enfield a household name. 1914 saw the 3 HP motorcycles this time with Enfield’s own engine which now had the standardised Enfield paint scheme of black enamelled parts and green tank with gold trim.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

BE JOBS ( MECH, CIVIL ,EEE, CS&IT, BIO, CHEMICAL ) : CLICK

• The Resource - Business Planning will be responsible for funnel monitoring, strategic business plan formulation, Managing Demand Vs Supply - Transition and Trade stock health, Policies and Decisions / Communications, Incentive Schemes, pricing analysis, competitive monitoring, network strategy, customer profiling, channel feedback, dealer network profitability and balance scorcard. He/ she will work with cross functional teams of sales, marketing, aftermarket, etc. for delivering the business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for analyzing Key sales metrics and Identifying lost opportunities & recommend Improvement plans & programs

• Annual/Quarterly Volume forecast using predictive analytics, taking into account the supply and demand scenario

• Plan SBP and course correction based on Demand Vs Supply changes and alignment

• Formulate initiatives to drive demand and estimate of the entire sales funnel

• Create Presentations to management

• Align of plan with key stakeholders and dissemination of targets to the field teams

• Enable achievement of SBP Sales by planning, coordination and execution along with the 3 stakeholders namely: Production, Logistics, Front end team

• Plan Sales and Stock based on SBP and seasonality

• Portfolio Transition Management - based on new launches and refreshes

• Monitor Company / Dealer Stocks health and take actions to avoid risk of obsolescence

• Formulate the schemes / policies based on the business need and communicate and execute the same

• Create Customized Incentive schemes to achieve sales/ Working Capital / FJC Policies / Field team Visit Report /Test Ride norms / etc

• Track and Analyze industry performance, at Pan India & Town level

• Publish the insights and enable self service through BI

• Track Pricing movements of Competitors and analyze price and volume relationship

• Track and Analyse the Marketing Campaign Effectiveness, Lead Acquisition analytics and Ride Effectiveness

• Monitor competitor network presence and define representation strategy to capitalise the available potential

• Create Comprehensive Pan India survey to understand our customer demographics to get insights on evolving trends of our customer across geographies across our portfolio

• Creation and Administration of Dealer Satisfaction Feedback survey to enhance Channel partners confidence on the brand

• On Demand Analysis and presentations as per organization needs

• Calculate Income of dealers from various revenue streams

• Collection of Expenses & validation

• Quarterly Analysis & presentations to management

• Auto dissemination of Profitability statements to dealers

• Publish results on PBI and Identify metrics to be tracked

• Arrive at scoring logic to ensure fair grading of dealers

• Formulate payout amounts & bands to enhance dealer performance

• Roll out of scorecard annually, ensure Dealer Buy in and Payout

• Keep track of system health, adherence to customer delivery date, production, logistics & billing adherence and analyzing issues which prevent efficient functioning of S&OP system

• Funnel analysis to understand hygiene issues in capturing information or the process itself.

• Automating reports through PBI, creation of comprehensive reports to track stakeholder efficiency and performance.

• Delivery Commitment to Dealers as per FIFO with revised allocation Logic & Order Visibility to Dealers

• Visibility on Order to Customers through RE app and Website

• Customer Empowerment on Booking Changes

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a relevant field

• Post Graduate in Business or relevant field

Experience
