Supervise TBM operations to ensure project milestones and objectives are met.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.

Safety and Compliance:
Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures.
Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Promote a culture of safety among all site personnel.
Technical Oversight:
Provide technical guidance and support to the TBM operations team.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to TBM equipment and operations.
Ensure proper maintenance and operation of TBM and auxiliary equipment.
Monitor TBM performance and take corrective actions as needed.
Quality Control:
Ensure that all tunneling activities meet quality standards and specifications.
Oversee quality control inspections and testing.
