Our Sales Department at the Mumbai, India is looking immediately for a highly motivated
E-Commerce Manager
To drive sales in Own Ecommerce and Market Place Portals and to provide support by performing quantitative, strategic and business analysis for Triumph & Sloggi product categories, assisting with recommendations for the optimal product assortment, and taking that analysis to execute merchandising on the e-commerce sites to achieve annual revenue and margin goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for P&L for category & Develop overall strategy, sales, and profitability of the brand on ecommerce portals & Own Portal driving business growth and achieving volume and revenue targets for the brand.
- Need to facilitate and lead in developing app in addition to web based portal since more users having device and engaging with our brand than desktop/laptop/tablet
- Identify and develop new online partnerships
- Managing activities related to online retailer relationships. These activities include product merchandising, forecasting, onsite promotion management and site analytics
- Effectively manage and maximize business potential
- Call on key decision makers of prospective online clients in order to market and sell the same
- Build and expand accounts by maintaining rapport; answering requests; introducing new products and services, studying account needs; coordinating with external sales force
- Ability to analyse key online KPI’s such as traffic, conversion, UPT, VPT, NOT, etc
- Manage product listings, stock level management, customer communications
- Would be responsible for the online merchandising and promotion of Triumph products
- Evaluate industry, consumer, category, and operational data to develop analytical insights and generate actionable business recommendations
- Assist with the evaluation of new products through historical, competitive, and other relevant analyses, collaborate with Strategic Intelligence to maximize consumer information

- Will be responsible for executing the online sales strategy, benchmarking, and measurement in order to increase conversions, cross-sell, and upsell as well as to increase the understanding of customer interaction via multiple digital channels, to help build a culture of continuous improvement, constant testing, and transparency
- Would be responsible for forecasting a mix of fit, finish, size, colour and design
- Responsible for driving revenue through online acquisition marketing, site merchandizing, site optimization, promotions, email campaigns, experimentation, personalization and content management
- Responsible for developing and executing marketing and promotional plans to increase and accelerate sales
- Manage & grow business through E-commerce platforms like brand website, Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, Zivame, combination of B2B, B2C and D2C
- End-to-end management of the E-Commerce business
- Ongoing optimization of online campaigns for best ROI, conversion rates and user experience
- Improve customer Service & user experience own website and other online delivery channels
- Developing and managing digital marketing campaign to improve ROIs by utilizing a range of techniques including paid search and SEO
- Resolving escalated customer complaints quickly and efficiently
- Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness
- Managing and executing promotional campaigns
- Working closely with demand planning and warehousing teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfilmentOTIF new launches as per company guidelines and in line with sell-in targets

- Create stock plans and OTB plan with outright partners
- Ensure catalogue display at the right time in the season
- Stock correction and execution of RTV as per company guidelines
- Provide constructive feedback to the product management team on style and color performances in the market and product requirements
- Support in range development and product launches, customer reviews and evaluation
- Analyzing past sales figures/trends to anticipate future product needs
- Analyze consumer purchase trends by monitoring retail sales and initiate appropriate actions
- Preparation of various quarterly and annual reports on the respective product group’s performance as and when instructed from regional head office.
- Analyze, discuss and suggest optimal pricing strategy with Commercial Director
- Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning meeting to discuss product performance; following up on work results
- Manage the customer enquiry portal and provide timely and relevant solutions to customer enquires/ grievances ensuring maximum customer satisfaction
- Objectively analyze customers’ feedback towards the novelties with a view to seek improvements with the relevant parties concerned
- Compare sales figures of running items against target and initiate appropriate action
- Review and analyze consumers’ reaction to recent novelties

- Working with the regional CRM/CLM team in driving customer relations data internally and externally with partners and re-engaging with existing customers
Your ideal profile:
- Excellent communication skills and presentation
- Knowledge of Managing Own E-Commerce Platforms
- Looking at strong analytic skills along with fair understanding of Ecommerce business and relationship building
- Working with the support of Shopify is an added advantage
- Able to drive and understand the dynamics of Ecommerce
- Ideally from relevant industry
