Responsibilities

• Reading the set of design drawings and specifications to determine the scope of work
• Develop bid documents for each project.
• Read US projects architectural drawings, structural drawings, and specifications to create a quantity takeoff
• Communicate with clients, fostering successful and ongoing relations.

Qualifications

• We are looking for a candidate who is hardworking, willing to learn, and able to meet deadlines.
• A degree in civil engineering
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Proficient in MS Excel and computer skills
• Knowledge is On-Screen takeoff or PlanSwift or Revu is a plus but not required
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong organization, documentation, computer and communication skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
